Exciting news, I have been working on the project One Wharf Lane (pictured) for several years now and it is less than 6 months from completion, with much of the glazing already on as you can see from the photos. The building comprises about 250 new hotel rooms adding to the existing 660 rooms making this one of the largest hotels in Australia.  The top nine floors are all office space and there are three dedicated lifts from the ground floor lobby. The views are spectacular with glass on every side and the “End of Trip” facilities will have views – beat that. I’m leasing the office space together with my colleague, Scott Berriman as Knight Frank exclusive on behalf of M & L Hospitality and keen to find new tenants for it.
